We understand that teen mothers often face significant social and economic challenges, which is why we provide wraparound services to support the whole family.
FULL-CIRCLE PROGRAMS.
We empower teen mothers to take control of their futures by offering specialized assistance programs tailored to their individual needs. Our programs provide educational and career support, as well as the tools and resources needed to succeed as both a student and a parent.
For High School Students
(Age 14-18)
Program for pregnant and parenting teen mothers that provides support services that allows the mother to focus on high school while navigating motherhood.
For Young Adults
(Age 16-26)
Program for pregnant and/or parenting mother post high school graduation and enrolled in college, technical school, or full-time employment.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.
Pregnancy
Prevention
Will provide mothers with education aimed at preventing subsequent births. Will focus on educating the mothers about the importance of abstaining from sex and/or using contraception, how to deal with peer pressure to have sex, and provide practice in communicating and negotiating with partners.
College
Prep
Our College Prep services provide support and guidance to help you navigate the college application process, secure financial aid, and make a successful transition to higher education.
Parenting Classes
Focus on enhancing parenting practices and behaviors, such as developing and practicing positive discipline techniques, learning age-appropriate child development skills and milestones, promoting positive play and interaction between parents and children.
Job
Readiness
This service will prepare mothers for the job market by providing them with job skills such as resume development/review, interview coaching, job searching assistance and other professional development resources with our local placement partners.
Case Management
We work closely with each participant to set goals and create a plan for success. Our experienced case managers provide guidance throughout the entire process, from managing appointments to connecting participants with community resources.
Residential Assistance (Coming Soon)
Provides mothers (ages 18-26) post high school graduation with services and support while receiving residential assistance in a furnished, supported independent living apartment.
